ICYMI | On July 4, 2023, Tuesday, the San Pedro City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (SP-CADAC) launched the “Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan (BIDA) Program and held a Poster-Slogan Making Contest at Pavilion Hall, 5th floor, San Pedro City Hall. The contest has a theme “PEOPLE FIRST: Stop Stigma and Discrimination, Strengthen Prevention”.
