The newly-installed Solar-Powered Irrigation System (SPIS) which is used to provide irrigation and to ensure water supply is now functional at Sampaguita Nursery Farm, Brgy. Rosario. The SPIS from DA-RFO 4A under the National Urban and Peri-Urban Agriculture Program (NUPAP) will greatly help the city’s urban agriculture as well as maintaining and nourishing our Sampaguita Nursery Farm in order to help us revive the Sampaguita industry.
