The City of San Pedro has been honored with the prestigious Beyond Compliant Award in the recent 24th Gawad KALASAG Seal and Special Awards for Excellence in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) and Humanitarian Assistance in the CALABARZON Region. This recognition places San Pedro City among the top 34 local government units (LGUs) celebrated for their exceptional commitment to disaster preparedness and response.
The City of San Pedro DRRMO has achieved this recognition for three consecutive years, starting from 2022. The sustained excellence shown by the city reflects its comprehensive approach to disaster preparedness and proactive measures to protect the community making our city, #UnaSaKaligtasan and #UnaSaLaguna.
