Pursuant to Malacañang Proclamation No. 247, series of 2002, September is observed as DPRM. This month emphasizes the critical role of policy research in shaping national development plans, programs, and policies. It also highlights both the opportunities and challenges of expanding the Filipino middle class amid global megatrends. Focus will be on strategies that foster wealth creation and opportunities, positioning the middle class as a resilient driver of social progress.
