ICYMI | On March 20, 2025 (Thursday), the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC) held its 2nd Regular Meeting for the 1st Quarter to discuss key disaster preparedness measures.

The council addressed Semana Santa safety preparations, with a Red Alert Status that will be declared from April 14 to 20, 2025. Updates on the Blue Alert Status and Bravo Protocol for the National and Local Elections 2025, as mandated by the Office of the Civil Defense, were also discussed, with an escalation to Charlie Protocol on March 28, 2025 (Friday), at the start of the campaign period.

Additionally, the council also signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Local Government Unit (LGU), Fast Med Pharmacy, PUP-San Pedro, and Monark Equipment Corporation-San Pedro to strengthen disaster response efforts.
