Sa mga Senior Citizens na hindi miyembro ng asosasyon (non-members) at mga PWDs, magpunta lamang sa inyong mga Barangay Hall para makakuha ng Application Form at malaman ang iba pang mga detalye ng San Pedro Green Card. Huwag pong kalimutan ang inyong Senior Citizen ID at PWD IDs sa araw ng registration.
Para sa mga bedridden at may serious health condition na Seniors at PWD, magkakaroon ng SPECIAL HOUSE TO HOUSE VISIT upang kayo ay mairehistro.
