IN PHOTOS | SAN PEDRO FISH SANCTUARY
Fish Sanctuary is an LGU San Pedro’s priority project to conserve natural resources and protect freshwater aquatic ecosystem within our City Waters. The sanctuary serves as a breeding ground for fish and other aquatic animals. Today we have made a historical milestone thru concerted action to established our 2nd Fish Sanctuary measuring 50,000 square meter (5 hectare) in collaboration with the City Fishery and Aquatic Resources Management Council (CFARMC), City Bantay Lawa Volunteers, Philippine Coast Guard and City Councilor Carlon S. Ambayec. This was made possible thru the leadership of City Mayor Art Joseph Francis Mercado who supports the City Agriculture Office – San Pedro, Laguna execute its given mandate.
