The Mardi Gras and Sampaguita Barangay Float Parade marked the start of the 5th day celebration of Sampaguita Festival, followed by the Fashion Show with Kapitans and Kapitanas of San Pedro which showcased the designs by local San Pedrense Fashion Designers such as Sheridan Ydan Jabigo, Manny Marquez, Mark Marpuri, Kim Palma, Jobert Peñarroyo, Tuesday Belo, Gil Orozco, Abner Garcia, Winston Parajes, Allan Laserna, Chellan Sagun, Bricks Edrozo, and Moriel Flores. Another part of the event is the awarding of certificate to the winners of the previous Sampaguita Festival 2023 events and Barangay Night “Lupon Tagapamayapa Incentive Awards.”
