READ | The existing real property valuation which was approved last 2011 became outdated as fair market values of real properties in the City of San Pedro increased and are no longer reflective.
In compliance with the Republic Act No. 7160, Section 201 and 219, here is the City Ordinance No. 2023-49, “An Ordinance Prescribing the Schedule of Fair Market Values and Assessment Level on Real Properties in the City of San Pedro, Laguna for the General Revision of Real Property Assessments, and for other purposes.”
