The City Government of San Pedro would like to recognize and congratulate Dr. Milagros Borabien from Brgy. Fatima for being awarded as one of The Outstanding Filipino Physicians 2023 (TOFP) by the Philippine Medical Association.
Dra. Borabien, a pediatrician, led the Mission Outpour of Blessing (MOB) Foundation Inc., which was established last October 2003 and was also an awardee of the Independent. Leaders. Advocates. Women of San Pedro (ILAW) last 2021.
