The City Government of San Pedro proudly congratulates John D. Tolentino for winning 1st Runner-Up and Best in Formal Wear in the Mr. UPHSL 2023 last October 26, 2022, at the Performing Arts Theater, University of Perpetual Help System of Laguna.
In addition to his prowess onstage John, a resident of Brgy Pacita I and a 2nd-year student at the College of Business and Accountancy, is not only a remarkable participant but also a recipient of the ILSP (Iskolar Ng Lungsod Ng San Pedro).
