Through the directive of City Mayor and CDRRMC Chairperson Hon. Art Mercado, the San Pedro CDRRM Council convened for the Pre-Disaster Risk Assessment (PDRA) and Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) for Tropical Cyclone Butchoy and Carina as well as the possible effects of Southwest Monsoon.
This is for the readiness of the city for the possible impact of TC Butchoy, TC Carina and rains brought about by Southwest Monsoon.
