LOOK | With the assistance of Commission on Population and Development-Regional and Provincial Offices, the City Health Office and City Population and Development Office successfully held the 2-day seminar for young mothers (18-24 years old) with a theme, “Kabataang Ina ay Palakasin, Wastong Edukasyon patungkol sa Pamilya at Kalusugan ating Pagyamanin”, as part of Women’s Month Celebration discussing the following issues and concerns:
1. Responsible Parenthood & Family Planning;
2. Repeated Pregnancy;
3. Maternal Health, Child Care & Nutrition;
4. HIV Awareness;
5. Mental Health Awareness
Prizes and gifts were also received by participants.
The facilitators hoped that these topics may be useful in their daily lives to have a better and healthy family.
