How to Apply or Renew your Business Permits at San Pedro’s Business One-Stop Shop 2024?

STEP 1 (for new application): Application, Inspection and Assessment

– submit application form

– Attend interview on the approval of declared capitalization

Wait for the Tax Order of Payment

STEP 1 (for renewal): Application and Assessment

– submit order of payment from Barangay

– Attend interview on the approval of gross sales/receipts

– Wait for the Tax Order of Payment

– Submit needed requirements to OBO, Zoning, Sanitation, CENRO, Treasury, Assessor, BFP

STEP 2: Payment

– Present TOP and pay the corresponding amount

STEP 3: Releasing (Scanning, Printing, Approval)

– Submit application papers together with the Official Receipt and required documents

– Receive Business Permit, Plate and Stickers

Checklist for RENEWAL of Business Permit

1. Sworn Starement of Gross Sales/Receipts from previous calendar year

2. Quarterly VAT – certified by BIR (if non-VAT, quarterly percentage TAX BIR Form 2551Q)

3. Breakdown of Sales per City/Municipality with attached Business Permit and/or application from subject cities for current taxable year (If with branches outside San Pedro)

Checklist for NEW Business Permit Application:

1. Business Name Registration (from DTI)

2. Tax Order of Payment (TOP) from Barangay Hall

3. Proof of Right (over the property where business is located/real property tax notice or declaration)

4. Proof of Total Capitalization

5. Vicinity Map

Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) 2024 will run until January 20, 2024 at 2nd Floor, Robinsons Galleria South (beside ANYTIME FITNESS GYM).
