Save Electricity, Save the Earth!
The WorldWide Fund for Nature (WWF) Philippines through the City Government of San Pedro is encouraging EVERYONE to participate in #EarthHour2023, in celebration of “The Biggest Hour for Earth”, by turning off the non-essential lights in facilities (e.g. signage, selected streetlights), lighting in key monuments and nearby public spaces as well as lights at your home on March 25, 2023 at 8:30pm-9:30pm. Let’s take this one-hour opportunity to show our concern and protect our mother earth by participating in this switch-off event.
As per Mohith Agadi, “The intent behind Earth Hour is not just about turning off lights for an hour; It is to remind us of our responsibility towards environmental conservation.”
