The Barangay Employment Service Unit Officers attended a capacity development seminar last April 19–20, 2023, at the TJM Tropical Resort in Cuenca, Batangas, which was organized by the City Public Employment Service Office (PESO) in coordination with DOLE Region IV–A, and Laguna Provincial PESO.
The seminar’s objectives were to increase the understanding and improve the skills of the BESU Officers in the area of gender mainstreaming and to teach them how to carry out GAD projects that can be modified for use at the Barangay level.
