LOOK | From March 4 to 7, 2025, the City Government of San Pedro took an important step toward improving its disaster preparedness by hosting a 4-day Contingency Planning Training Course, held at the City of San Pedro DRRMO Building, Brgy. Poblacion. The course was attended by Department Heads and employees.
The core purpose of the training was to enhance the capability of local government personnel to effectively respond to hazards, emergencies, and disasters. This is part of a broader strategy to build disaster resilience at the local level and ensure that the City Government of San Pedro is ready to handle any unforeseen events or crises that could impact the community.
