ANNOUNCEMENT | The City Education and Development Office will open the Application for Batch 2024 of the San Pedro City Scholarship Program (SPECS), formerly known as “Iskolar ng Lungsod ng San Pedro (ILSP). The application will start on June 20-21, 2024 (Thursday and Friday), 9:00 AM-4:00 PM at the 2nd floor (beside Anytime Fitness), Robinsons Galleria South.
Requirements & Process:
1. Fill-up the Online Application (https://bit.ly/3VBiBED)
2. Printed Test Permit (https://bit.ly/45p1vhx)
3. Photocopy of Grades (previous semester or school year)
4. Photocopy of Valid ID
5. 2pcs. Passport Size Picture
6. Any of the following:
– Voter’s Certificate
– Barangay Certificate of Residency
– Utility Bills (water, electricity, or telephone bill)

• Please enclose all documents in a long brown envelope.
• Kindly check below the designated schedule per barangay.
