CLGOO Lenie R. Bautista convened the City Composite Validation and Assessment Task Team (CVATT) to discuss the guidelines on the implementation of Barangay Road Clearing Operations (BaRCO) under DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2024-053, and the conduct of the nationwode simultaneous Barangay Road Clearing Operations on May 10, 2024.
The CVATT is composed of the San Pedro Component City Police Station, San Pedro City Fire Station, Public Order and Safety Office, City Environment and Natural Resources Office, Office of the Building Official, City Engineering Office, and representative from the Civil Society Organization, and is chaired by the DILG City of San Pedro.
