Application Notice for Patrolman/Patrolwoman Recruitment (CY 2024)
To all aspiring Patrolmen and Patrolwomen, recruitment for CY 2024 is now open! If you’re interested in joining the Police Service, please prepare your initial requirements for submission to San Pedro City Police Station (CCPS) no later than October 18, 2024 (Friday).
Required Documents:
•Height Waiver (From NAPOLCOM) – if applicable
-City/Municipal Peace and Order Council Certificate
•Personal Data Sheet (CS Form 212 Revised 2017)
•Birth Certificate (PSA Original with Receipt)
•College Diploma & Transcript of Records (for Employment purposes)
•General Weighted Average (GWA) of TOR
•Good Moral Character Certificate (from School)
•Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CAV) from CHED
*(All documents must be authenticated)
•Eligibility Proof (Authenticated)
•Napolcom/CSC/PRC Report of Rating
•Local Clearances (Authenticated)
– Barangay Clearance
– National Police Clearance
– Mayor’s Clearance
– Prosecutor/Fiscal Clearance
– NBI Clearance
– MTC Clearance
– RTC Clearance
•ID Pictures: Two (2) 2×2 colored photos with white background and One (1) 4R full-body picture (in white shirt and jeans)
•Two Valid IDs (Front and back photocopy)
