ANNOUNCEMENT | To all ILSP applicants BATCH 2023 who have not yet submitted the requirements listed below:
• BIR Certification of No Income if unemployed; BIR Income Tax Return, if working
(Note: Both parents need to submit)
• Certification of Good Moral Character
• Photocopy of Registration form for the 1st Semester SY 2023-2024.
• Certified True Copy of Grades for the 2nd Semester SY 2022-2023.
Please submit the requirements from January 29 to January 31, 2024 from 9am to 4pm at the Old Municipal Hall.
