ANNOUNCEMENT | To all recipients of Iskolar ng Lungsod ng San Pedro, be advised that AUTHORIZATION to claim in your behalf is allowed and limited to any of your parents or siblings only.
Please bring the following:
1. ILSP Claiming stub
2. Photocopy of recipient’s ID and your authorized representative’s ID with 3 specimen signatures.
3. Authorization Letter
4. Photocopy of recipient’s birth certificate
For today’s unclaimed grant, April 18, 2024 (Thursday) you may still claim it tomorrow, April 19, 2024 (Friday) at the SM San Pedro Event Center, 10:00AM.
