Please submit the following for the release of the Scholarship grant for the 1st Semester AY 2023-2024.
-Certified True Copy of Grades for the 2nd Semester (and summer if applicable) AY 2022-2023.
-Registration form for the 1st Semester AY 2023-2024. Please present the original form upon submission of documents.
Enclose all document in a long brown envelope and submit at the ILSP Office, 2nd Floor Old Municipal Hall Building. Brgy. Poblacion from October 9 to 13, 2023 at 9:00am to 4:00pm.
