LOOK | Last Friday, 10 May 2024, Hon. Mike Casacop – Chairman Committee on Land use, Housing and Urban Development, and Majority Floor Leader of the 19th Legislative Council, spearheaded the Orientation and Consultation Meeting with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).
The DHSUD discussed the Republic Act No. 9904: “An Act Providing for a Magna Carta for Homeowners’ and Homeowners’ Association, and for other purposes” and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations and other issuances of DHSUD.
