2. Photocopy of Registration form for 2nd Semester of A.Y. 2023-2024

– Please present the original copy upon submission of documents
– Enclose all documents in a long brown envelop and submit it at
SM San Pedro Event Center (In front of After Tree Café)
Here is the schedule for the submission of the requirements:
• Batch 2019-2022 on March 12-13, 2024 (Tuesday and Wednesday) at 10:00 AM onwards
• Batch 2023 on March 14-15, 2024 (Thursday and Friday) at 10:00 AM onwards
