LOOK | City Mayor Art Mercado, together with CDRRMO Head Vernet Nico Pavino and Mrs. Mika Mercado, graced the awarding ceremonies of Gawad Kalasag 2023 to receive the BEYOND COMPLIANT Award for the 23rd Gawad KALASAG Seal and Special Awards for Excellence in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and Humanitarian Assistance for the Local DRRM Councils and Offices category. The City of San Pedro was also recognized as the Top City in Laguna Province, Top City in Region 4-A CALABARZON and overall Top 4 in the country.
