November 13, 2023, the pupils of the Child Development Center, with the help of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) and fellow Child Development Workers, conducted the City Hall Flag Raising Ceremony in celebration of Universal Children’s Month. The children led the morning prayer and the singing of the National Anthem, followed by a special dance number.
