The Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC) successfully conducted the Field Validation for the 23rd Gawad Kalasag Seal for Excellence in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and Humanitarian Assistance (LDRRMCO) CY 2023 last 5th-6th of September. The Regional Validation Committee (RVC) diligently carried out a virtual desk evaluation to assess the City of San Pedro to ensure Fully or Beyond Compliant ratings for disaster resilience and humanitarian assistance.
