LOOK | Last July 17, 2023, the City Government of San Pedro held a collaborative meeting with the Saint Joseph Water Services Corporation, San Pedro Water District, Primewater San Pedro, and the homeowners, together with their HOA Presidents, of Saint Joseph Village 9, Phase 1-2 and Saint Joseph Village Phase 1-3. This was done to address the persistent issues of water supply in the upper area of the City of San Pedro. Representatives from service providers acknowledged issues with communication and information dissemination, and pledged to improve both aspects of their services. The complaints about the current situation were also relayed by the homeowners present to the service providers and to the representatives of the local government unit. In addition, the service providers voiced out their own concerns and roadblocks that they are facing with regards to the water supply problem. The local government unit also emphasizes proper coordination and partnership with both parties to address and resolve water supply problems in the City of San Pedro.
