#SanPedroFiestas | The 2nd Aw-Aw Street Dance Competition will be held on August 15, 2023 (Tuesday) at Rose and Che-Che’s court, Boulevard Purok 1, Kalye Pogi St., Brgy. San Roque.

Mechanics:
• Open to all barangays and schools in the City of San Pedro.
• Participating groups must be composed of 30-40 performers and propsmen. No age limit. (One representative/coach must attend the meeting on July 20, 2023)
• Each group must prepare two street dance performances: (1) parade showdown, and (2) competition showdown.
• Parade showdown: Walking dances with hand props and hand movements only. Groups must provide their system for the parade.
• The direct or indirect elements of Aw Aw Festival should be prominent in the performance.
• Performers must wear costumes made of indigenous, recycled materials. Costumes must be colorful preferably with dominant green and white colors.
• The use of flammable materials such as fireworks or pyrotechnics as part of the presentation is strictly prohibited.
• Participants will be allowed to block their routine on stage at 8 am before the day of the competition. Those who are absent/late for their designated blocking time will not be allowed to block on stage at a later time.

– Choreography 20%
– Costume 10%
– Props 10%
– Parade Showdown 20%
