#SampaguitaFestival2023 Day 3!
Yesterday, May 3, 2023, marked the conclusion of the Sampaguita Kite Design and Flying Competition, with Mr. Jay Poblete taking first place out of all the 25 competitors! Several barangays displayed their goods that are exclusive to their barangay while the Barangay Trade Fair Exhibit was opened following the Kite Competition. Simultaneously, the Open Street Art Fest gave way to city employees, tax payers, and visitors to draw to their heart’s content at the City Hall Grounds.
