The City Government of San Pedro formally announced the return of the Sampaguita Festival earlier today @ the San Pedro City Plaza. Laguna Governor Ramil Hernandez, Vice Governor Atty. Karen Agapay, 1st District Board Member Bong Bejasa, Coun. Bernadeth Olivares and City Mayor Art Mercado addressed the city and its residents with sincere greetings.
