In observance of #WorldEnvironmentDay, the City Government of San Pedro reiterates its commitment to environmental sustainability by strictly enforcing the prohibition on the use of single-use plastics and styrofoam products, pursuant to Provincial Ordinance No. 11, series of 2012.
The following items are strictly prohibited:
• Styrofoam Cups, Plates, and Bowls
• Plastic Bags
This initiative supports the principles of the 3Rs:
Reduce unnecessary waste
Reuse sustainable alternatives
Recycle whenever possible
