LOOK | The San Pedro City participated in the 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill
Today, March 25, 2024, the City Government of San Pedro, together with the various Barangays, and Schools actively cooperated in the 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) led by the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO). The drill took place at 9:00 AM by doing “DUCK, COVER, and HOLD” techniques.
The NSED aims to raise awareness and preparedness among the public and by engaging in these simulated exercises, the city aims to equip its residents with the necessary skills and knowledge to respond effectively to such emergencies.
