Secretary Roxas handed the check on July 10, 2015 at the Capitol Grounds in Sta.Cruz, Laguna during his meeting with local officials like Governor Ramil Hernandez and Municipal and City Mayors of Laguna.
The Seal of Good Housekeeping, according to City DILG Officer Jennifer Quirante, is given customarily to cities and municipalities
which have no adverse findings with the Commission on Audit (COA) and for their good housekeeping policy of full disclosure of its financial reports and transactions. These are posted publicly for the public to see and inspect.‪#‎paio‬
